dommage que lorsqu on vous appelle pour de l aide ce jour là nous sommes tombés sur un répondeur....ceci nous est arrivés un samedi 12 h... enfin réponse de votre service... nous signalant "que la porte du garage va s´ouvrir.".. 20h le soir.?? ne trouvez vous pas qu il y a un gros décalge entre l appel et la réponse...Vous n auriez pas apprécié non plus....heureusement que des personnes gentilles nous ont aidé....sinon notre samedi nous le passions au sous sol... la porte principale du garage ne s ouvrait pas toutes les solutions possible ont été effectuées avec les gens de l ímmeuble...(6 personnes pour la soulevée manuellement)...plus d´une heure pour ouverture de cette porte...application sur télephone pas efficace.??..pas très sérieux...pour notre part préférons un bip...inutile de vous dire que nous appréhendions le retour au box... quand une aventure pareille vous arrive et que vous avez un avion a prendre bonjour l angoisse...heureusement ce matin là la porte principale du garage a notre arrivée était restée ouverte...sûrement bloquée tout le week end...c´est certain je ne pense pas que votre service ce samedi aurait pu intervenir si vraiment c´était une panne technique de cette porte...(.gardien immeuble ne se dérange pas de toute façon même en semaine ne rend pas service.)...mais vous appellez et avoir un répondeur pas sérieux non plus...sinon pas de souci maintenant avons un peu peur à chaque venue en France que ceci se renouvelle devant ce garage surtout pour nos retours car pas toujours facile de trouver des personnes sympas pour vous aider surtout à l heure du départ au travail... merci pour cette lecture et votre attention....cordialement
Un BIP nous serait plus utile.....nous en avions 1 pour le précédent...dommage que le flocage du plafond soit tombé sur notre véhicule...malgré tout celui-çi est plus satisfaisant car un box...l autre seulement emplacement parfois nous avions des surprises désagréables pour notre véhicule..
