For healthcare professionals, specific rates
Doctors, nurses, physiotherapists and caregivers can benefit from the professional subscription at the same rates as residents (from £45/month). A half-day of free parking is also offered.

To make access to the town centre smoother and encourage the use of public transport, Le Havre Seine Métropole has set up several park-and-ride facilities. They are free for people with a transport ticket validated on the LiA network.
Here are the main park-and-ride facilities:
How it works: Entry is free (vehicle detection). To exit, you must present a LiA transport ticket validated during the day. A "parking only" ticket is also available from automatic vending machines. Some areas of the city are subject to strong car pressure, especially at peak times.
Around place de l'Hôtel de Ville, the Volcan and the shops, spaces in the red zone (limited to 3h) are highly contested, especially on Saturdays. The Hôtel de Ville car park (400 spaces) and the Les Halles car park (350 spaces) are alternatives, but they can fill up.
With the influx of travellers, the René Coty and Gares car parks are in great demand during weekday peak hours.
This very lively area, with its restaurants, bars and shops, attracts a crowd of visitors, especially in the evenings and at weekends.
During major concerts, the 2,500 parking spaces at the Zénith are saturated very quickly. It is advisable to arrive at least 1h before the start of the show or to use public transport (special shuttles in place). Private car parks are also available for booking on Zenpark.
Given the demand, especially in the town centre and near the station, finding a secure parking space available monthly can prove complex. Yespark makes life easier by connecting you directly to private car parks owned by individuals or professionals in Le Havre and its surroundings.
