Assez pratique pour répondre à un besoin urgent de parking, mais service clients joignable uniquement par mail et pas réactif. J’ai attendu trois (3) jours pour avoir une réponse à une requête urgente, cela est inadmissible. Yespark ne sait presque rien de ce qui se passe dans les parkings proposés à la location, j’ai loué un box qui n’avait pas été vidé et dont la serrure avait été vandalisée depuis plusieurs semaines. Bien évidemment, j’ai dû retourner la clef en recommandé et à mes frais pour éviter une facturation et/ou des pénalités. En somme, système pratique mais pas fiable. Suite à la réponse de Yespark indiquant ne pas avoir réussi à m'identifier, je rappelle que mon avis sur Trustpilot a été rédigé à la demande de Yespark et il fait suite à mon expérience sur un box loué Allée Saint-Just à Bezons (95870). J'avais contacté le service clients par email le 11 avril 2025 en spécifiant que la requête est urgente et j'ai reçu une réponse le 23 avril 2025, soit plus de 10 jours plus tard.
