Lorsque j’ai rencontré des difficultés (badge ne fonctionnant pas, véhicule stationné à ma place), je n’ai pas eu de réponse. J’en profite pour préciser que le badge ne fonctionne toujours pas. J’ai renoncé à l’utiliser.

Le quartier est délimité au nord par la grande rue d'Alésia, à l'est rue de Plantes et l'avenue de la Porte de Chatillon, au sud par le boulevard périphérique et enfin à l'ouest rue Vercingétorix qui longe les voies ferrées de la gare de Paris-Montparnasse. Celle-ci étant implantée un peu plus au nord du 14e arrondissement, à cheval avec le 15e. Ce ne sont pas moins de 29 500 parisiens qui résident dans ce quartier. La moyenne d'âge y est de 42 ans.
