Hausse du prix injustifié (courant juin), alors qu’il y a des problèmes d’entretien du portail voiture quasiment tous les mois (porte bloqué, ou toujours ouverte) + carcasse de véhicule volée qui est toujours stationnée depuis plus d’1 an
