Ma place est souvent occupée par un autre véhicule, parfois pendant plusieurs jours de suite. C'est un désagrément qui pourra me décider à me désabonner.

Bonjour la copropriété ou se situe le parking a été en travaux en début d année pour ravalement et pendant presque un mois le parking n était pas accessible.malgré cela j ai été tout de même prélevé.pouvez svp faire un geste commercial.metci

In the case of a monthly subscription, you have a free trial period at the parking lot of 2 days. At the end of this trial period, the first monthly fee is deducted from your credit card. The following monthly payments are deducted on the anniversary date of the first monthly payment and tacitly renewed as long as you do not cancel.

In the case of an annual/quarterly subscription, payment is made monthly after a free trial period. Cancellation is not possible for 12 months.

In the case of a booking for a short-term parking, payment is made at once at the time of booking.

Is it possible to visit the parking lot before subscribing?

Yes, the subscription only starts after a free trial period, which allows you to check if the underground parking suits you and if the spot allocated to you suits your vehicle. If necessary, you can change your spot, parking lot, or cancel free of charge.

How long is the spot available?

In the case of a subscription, the spot is available for rent as long as you want, provided the parking owner does not want to reclaim it.

In the case of a booking for a short-term parking, the spot is only available for the duration of your booking.
