Bonjour, Je me permets de vous contacter concernant le parking que j'occupe actuellement. Dans l'ensemble, le parking est satisfaisant, mais je tiens à vous signaler un problème important au niveau de la rampe d'accès. En effet, la descente est dangereuse. La grille au sol ne semble pas solide et le dénivelé est trop brutal. Même en descendant très délicatement, les amortisseurs de mon véhicule subissent des chocs importants. Serait-il possible d'envisager une modification ou un aménagement pour rendre la descente moins brutale et sécuriser la grille ?
