Le principe de location est top mais avoir un service client qui répond en cas d'urgence, c’est le parcours de combattant. Beaucoup de problèmes récurent d’accès piéton et de sortie vehicule. Les portes ne s'ouvrent pas quand on a besoin d'accéder au sous-sol ou un message sur l’application demande de passer exceptionnellement par l’accès véhicule. Pour sortir en voiture, vu qu’il n’y a pas de réseau, ça fonctionne une fois sur 12, quand c’est pas la porte qui est flinguée et qui reste ouverte en permanence laissant au passage l’accès aux personnes malveillantes. Problèmes d'agressivité des locataires qui n’ont pas de box également. Pas trop d'éclairage et caméras soit disant inexistantes voir inutiles car personne pour traiter en cas de difficultés, conflits, effractions des box.
