Equipe de support à l'écoute de ses clients, et qui cherche à améliorer la qualité du service. J'ai pu facilement changer de parking suite aux remarques que je leur ai fait sur la faible sécurité du parking que j'avais choisi initialement. Une étoile en moins car un certain nombre de parking ont des portes à code / portes d'entrée fracturées ou qui ne fonctionnent plus, ou des places dont la taille n'est pas adaptée. J'aurai mis une note moins élevée si ça n'était pas simple et gratuit d'essayer et changer de parking, mais là on peut facilement le faire donc je conseillerais d'aller vérifier sur place avant de s'engager dans un nouveau parking.
