Le n° 87 donne sur un vieux portail. L'entrée du garage est juste après, ce qui n'est pas visible au départ. La rampe d'accès est étroite et la place également mais c'est faisable avec un véhicule de type Ford Fiesta

Ce parking est disponible à la location mensuelle. Ce parking souterrain est en face de l'arrêt Villon ou le T2 circule. Il est à deux pas du Cimetière de la Guillotière Nouveau et du cimetière de la Guillotière Ancien. Non loin des stations desservies par le T4, ce parking est idéalement situé. Ce parking est dans un quartier résidentiel calme et proche de l'Ecole de la Marche, de la mairie du 8ème arrondissement, du lycée professionnel Jean Lurcat, et du lycée la Martinière Monplaisir.
