Utile pour ne pas laisser la voiture dehors. Mais le propriétaire n'a aucune obligation de propreté, de maintenance lumières/peintures/signalétique. Le seul levier est de changer de packing ce qui relativement aisé, mais ça peut être pire ailleurs !!!
