Les emplacements du premier étage de parking sont situé au niveau de la rue ce qui est très appréciable pour les véhicules spéciaux ou à faible garde au sol (sportives, anciennes). Facile d’usage, un petit surplus financier qui s’explique pour un emplacement confortable.
