5eme sous sol à proximité immédiate de la Seine… que se passera t il en cas s’innondation..?

Le parking est au 5è sous-sol.. personnes à mobilité réduites s'abstenir. Et la porte piéton au 5è étage ne s'ouvre que grâce à l'application.. sans réseau puisqu'au 5è étage.
