Situation géographique idéale pour moi, place propre et bien desservie, bon fonctionnement de l'appli télécommande...bref, nickel à ce jour ! Je réserve ma 5eme étoile si la qualité demeure dans la durée.

Service rapide et efficace. Le parking où j’avais initialement réservé une place doit fermer au mois de décembre pour travaux de rénovation. Le changement anticipé vers un autre parking s’est fait sans aucun problème avec remboursement quasiment immédiat de ce que j’avais versé. Parfait ! J’avais déjà dans cet autre parking un autre véhicule ce qui fait que Yespark m’a immédiatement informé très gentiment de cette situation pensant que j’avais peut-être fait une double réservation pour un même véhicule. J’ai vraiment apprécié cette attitude consistant à ne pas me faire dépenser inutilement de l’argent.

Sale, odeur d'urine et de stupéfiant. J'ai fait une demande pour que ce soit réglé on m'a répondu que c'est pas à yesPark de gérer ça... Sinon c'est pratique et abordable, il serait bien que le propriétaire du parking fasse quelque chose pour entretenir les locaux... (caméra HS car détruite)
