Frequently Asked Questions

How does subscribing to a Yespark car park work?

In the case of a monthly subscription, you have a free trial period at the car park of 2 days. At the end of this trial period, the first monthly fee is deducted from your credit card. The following monthly payments are deducted on the anniversary date of the first monthly payment and tacitly renewed as long as you do not cancel.

In the case of an annual/quarterly subscription, payment is made monthly after a free trial period. Cancellation is not possible for 12 months.

In the case of a booking for a short-term parking, payment is made at once at the time of booking.

How does the Yespark system work for short-term parking?

After booking online, you will receive a confirmation email indicating: how to access the car park, the space allocated to you and a link to open the car park doors from your smartphone at the time of booking. In the event of a problem, a direct telephone line will be available.

Is it possible to visit the car park before subscribing?

Yes, the subscription only starts after a free trial period, which allows you to check if the underground parking suits you and if the spot allocated to you suits your vehicle. If necessary, you can change your spot, car park, or cancel free of charge.

How long is the spot available?

In the case of a subscription, the spot is available for rent as long as you want, provided the parking owner does not want to reclaim it.

In the case of a booking for a short-term parking, the spot is only available for the duration of your booking.
