Quand le service Zenpark fonctionne, c'est top, mais... le boîtier Zenpark qui control l'ouverture du portail est en panne depuis 2 semaines. Cette panne aurait dû être réparée en urgence en 24h maximum. Impossible d'avoir une date de réparation. Rembourser les jours d'indisponibilité n'est pas la bonne approche, il faudrait plutôt proposer une place de parking de remplacement au plus près.
