Une seule lumière par étage fonctionne + odeur d’urine à l’entrée du parking (jamais nettoyé)

L'ouverture de la porte pour sortir est très difficile avec l'opérateur orange. Le signal passe difficilement, je dois parfois laisser mon 2R et ouvrir par l'extérieur. J'aimerai pouvoir utiliser la prise de courant pour charger mon 2R (consommation faible)
