Ideal location, easy to find. App worked proper to get in. Finding the suggested parkingspots was hard. We could'nt find them, no chronicle order. The one spot we found was a privat spot. At the end we got another suggestion that we did find (asked help from a Frenchman but he didn't understand the numbers either). All then information about thius parking was in French, no other language possible. When we wanted to leave, we couldn't get out. The code from the app didn't work proper. The door opened half twice, but never opened fully. The helpdesk calling was hard, everything is in French and the person from the helpdesk couldn't make it easier (she tried). Eventually there was a Frenchman behind us who used another device where his code did work. We could get outside on his action.
