Il se situe à deux pas de l'école maternelle Jules Ferry, de l'école Van Gogh, et à 10 minutes à pied de la station RER Noisy-Champs où vous pouvez emprunter le RER A. Le parking est très bien situé, en effet toutes les infrastructures se situent non loin du parking. Il s'agit d'un parking souterrain. Le garage se situe à l'angle de l'allée Jules-Ferry et de la rue Jules Ferry. Il s'ouvre depuis la télécommande numérique Yespark.
