c'était la deuxième que nous utilisions le service Zenpark, c'est très pratique et pas cher. Par contre, nous avons rencontré une difficultés pour accéder au parking de Tours. L'application nous a permis d'accéder au parking aérien mais l'accès au sous terrain ne fonctionnait pas. Le personnel de l'hôtel a dû nous ouvrir. Pour sortir, nous avions également un code à saisir sur un clavier mais qui n'a jamais fonctionné. Heureusement, l'établissement était ouvert 24h/24.
