J’étais passée par un autre prestataire avant. L’application ne fonctionnait pas. Et en cas d’urgence, je n’avais aucun moyen de contact. Je dois dire que Yespark me donne entièrement satisfaction à date. Quand l’application ne fonctionne pas (notamment en cas de 3G) il y a un numéro dédié qui permet qui permet de débloquer la porte et qui fonctionne très bien .
