Madame, Monsieur, Nous avons rencontré un malentendu en utilisant l’un de vos parkings. En effet, il y a deux parkings de votre société situés dans la même rue, à quelques mètres l’un de l’autre, et nous sommes entrés par erreur dans le mauvais parking. Malheureusement, la porte s’est refermée derrière nous, et nous n’avons pas pu en sortir rapidement. De plus, l’absence de réseau nous a empêchés de demander de l’aide immédiatement. Les enfants ont été très effrayés par cette situation. Nous vous serions reconnaissants de bien vouloir prendre cela en considération et, si possible, nous indiquer comment éviter ce genre de problème à l’avenir.
