Parking moto dédié avec grille est un point positif de ce parking. Manque de place dans ce box moto, pas tout à fait sur d'être sur la mienne, y'a toujours une moto en face de mon numéro et parfois des scooters en pièces, qui sont enlevés régulièrement. Sans dire qu'ils sont volés, c'est arrivée plusieurs fois depuis que j'ai ce parking. Il doit y avoir du squat dans le parking ou des gens qui y dorment, on y retrouve régulièrement des déchets de mégots, bouteilles d'alcool, canettes, jus de fruits proche de l'espace moto. Ce qui ne me rassure pas car ma moto est accessible au travers de la grille et pourrait être dégradée. Plusieurs fuites des évacuations de l'immeuble également. Et une fois, un groupe de jeune qui jouait avec les extincteurs... Pas eu de problème depuis ma souscription mais je peux pas dire que je suis totalement à l'aise à cet endroit.
