Le gardien de l’immeuble ou la personnee responsable de la propreté ne passe jamais puisque les déchets de certains qui fument et boivent dans les escaliers et jetés en bas et d’autres saletés restent sur place depuis toujours et jamais nettoyés. En plus de ça quelqu’un avait profité de l’absence de ma voiture une fois et a sûrement changé l’huile de son moteur dans ma place puisque y a une flaque d’huile noire au milieu et depuis deux ou trois mois environ à ce jour. Donc la seule présence de ces individus tous les soirs n’inspire pas trop la confiance mais tout va bien pour le moment à part les saletés et déchets toujours là et jamais nettoyés
