L'accès au parking se fait par la rue des Muriers et non par le 4 rue Alexis Capelle... avec une 1ère entrée pour les niveaux supérieurs (panneau Zenpark) et une autre quelques mètres plus loin pour le niveau 0. Malheureusement la télécommande fournie ne m'a pas permis d'accéder au niveau 1 (place attribuée par mon abonnement). J'ai donc utilisé l'application pour changer de place et me placer au niveau 0 (autre entrée et la télécommande fonctionne). Tout ceci a fait l'objet d'un signalement au service clients. Non signalé mais vraiment problématique, la délai de réponse du service clients.... une réponse plus de 3h00 (sans solution) après avoir fait part des difficultés d'accès, ce n'est pas acceptable quand on est bloqué devant une entrée qui ne s'ouvre pas... Heureusement, je connaissais le parking et j'avais et le temps.. et un abonnement qui m'a permis de changer de place... Mais sinon, on fait comment ??
