Les ascenseurs sont dans un état lamentable ( urine, crachats, autres déchets organiques...), ne pas avoir un véhicule trop large. En l’occurrence l’accès voitures et piétons sont simple à trouver

Problème sur la maintence des barrières et impossible de sortir du parking entre 19:00 et 09:00 barrières ne répondant pas à l’a l’application
