Régulièrement nous trouvons qq'un garé à notre place, ou avons un problème d'accès, le portillon piéton est condamné ce qui oblige à utiliser le portail voitures, la propreté laisse parfois à désirer (un habitant de l'immeuble jette parfois ses ordures par la fenêtre). Heureusement que l'emplacement est très pratique pour moi.

Parking safe, place souterraine large, par contre l'accès souterrain est délicat imposant un rayon de bracage court.
