Ce parking propose un prix et un emplacement corrects, ainsi qu'un abonnement mensuel clair. L'application mobile ne m'a pas déçu. Les portes du parking s'ouvrent depuis celle-ci. Tout est propre et sec à l'intérieur. Seul bémol : le numéro de parking n'est pas toujours visible (poussière, rayures). J'ai dû calculer ma place (c'était la première fois que je me garais). Pour l'instant, je peux lui donner une bonne note.

Parking propre, bien entretenu, sécurisé. Deux petits problèmes toutefois : des véhicules gênent parfois l'accès et la police ne peut intervenir (terrain privé) et l'accès piétons n'est plus opérationnel ce qui oblige à passer par la rampe d'accès véhicules.

La porte piétons ne s'ouvre pas avec l'appli, on est obligé de passer par l'entrée voiture. Aussi, j'ai une place handicapé alors que je ne le suis pas et que ce n'était pas mentionné lors de l'abonnement, est-ce normal?

In the case of a monthly subscription, you have a free trial period at the parking lot of 2 days. At the end of this trial period, the first monthly fee is deducted from your credit card. The following monthly payments are deducted on the anniversary date of the first monthly payment and tacitly renewed as long as you do not cancel.

In the case of an annual/quarterly subscription, payment is made monthly after a free trial period. Cancellation is not possible for 12 months.

In the case of a booking for a short-term parking, payment is made at once at the time of booking.

Is it possible to visit the parking lot before subscribing?

Yes, the subscription only starts after a free trial period, which allows you to check if the underground parking suits you and if the spot allocated to you suits your vehicle. If necessary, you can change your spot, parking lot, or cancel free of charge.

How long is the spot available?

In the case of a subscription, the spot is available for rent as long as you want, provided the parking owner does not want to reclaim it.

In the case of a booking for a short-term parking, the spot is only available for the duration of your booking.
