Parking qui manque d'entretien - propreté. Même s'il reste accessible la grille d'accès est régulièrement en panne et donc continuellement ouverte (sécurité ?).

Portail trés souvent en panne et donc ouvert à toutes voitures non locataires; vehicules qui se garent devant notre place
