Les places de parking sont partagés avec les locataires du bâtiment et la mise à jour des places disponible n’est pas faite, vous vous retrouver donc à louer une place déjà en location ailleurs. Du grand n’importequoi. Dommage car l’idée est excellente et l’application facile à utiliser.

In the case of a monthly subscription, you have a free trial period at the parking lot of 2 days. At the end of this trial period, the first monthly fee is deducted from your credit card. The following monthly payments are deducted on the anniversary date of the first monthly payment and tacitly renewed as long as you do not cancel.

In the case of an annual/quarterly subscription, payment is made monthly after a free trial period. Cancellation is not possible for 12 months.

In the case of a booking for a short-term parking, payment is made at once at the time of booking.

How does the Yespark system work for short-term parking?

After booking online, you will receive a confirmation email indicating: how to access the parking lot, the space allocated to you and a link to open the parking lot doors from your smartphone at the time of booking. In the event of a problem, a direct telephone line will be available.

Is it possible to visit the parking lot before subscribing?

Yes, the subscription only starts after a free trial period, which allows you to check if the underground parking suits you and if the spot allocated to you suits your vehicle. If necessary, you can change your spot, parking lot, or cancel free of charge.

How long is the spot available?

In the case of a subscription, the spot is available for rent as long as you want, provided the parking owner does not want to reclaim it.

In the case of a booking for a short-term parking, the spot is only available for the duration of your booking.
