Manque d’entretien régulier, maintenance et réparations avec des délais très longs. Tarif attractif pour la région.

Augmentation du prix de la location pour avoir une appli d'ouverture qui marche 1 fois sur 2. Éclairage souvent en panne. 50 euros maintenant pour un service ammoindri.
