L’accès par les escaliers est assez sale. Le portail d’accès piéton met parfois beaucoup de temps à s’ouvrir.

Quelques soucis récents pour ouvrir la porte principale via l'application (temps de chargement long et numéro de téléphone indisponible, ou commande très rapide mais sans réaction de la porte)
