Le parking n'est pas entretenu. Les canalisations fuits et cela coule par terre. Le gardien semble ne jamais controler l'état du parking.

La porte d'accès piéton est bloquée la plupart du temps. C'est un désagrément non négligeable qui n'a toujours pas été réglé.
