Arrivés à 18h30 : Pas de places disponibles dans le parking et je ne pouvais pas contacter via les liens un potentiel interlocuteur car ..je ne captais pas. Je me suis sur une place au hasard sans être certain que j'en avais le droit. Très désagréable sensation. Egalement au retour à 23h00, l'accès piéton était fermé et je ne pouvais pas l'ouvrir via l'application. J'ai dû ouvrir la grille et la porte comme si j'étais en voiture pour de nouveau accéder à mon véhicule stationné ( l'assistance via l'appli ne fonctionnait pas). Une fois rentré dans mon véhicule, pour sortir, l'application ne fonctionnait toujours pas devant la porte de sortie (la grille ne se levait pas mzlgré mes tentatves sur l'application d'ouverture porte voiture et grille) ; j'ai tenté de nouveau le numéro d'assistance et cette fois cela a marché. Expérience très pénible et désagréable pour ce parking alors qu'habituellement j'ai toujours été satisfait de Zen park).
