De plus en plus de problèmes de propreté (excréments sur les rampes d'accès, urine au coin de la place de parking que j'occupe, bacs anti-incendie remplis d’imondices) et quelques pannes de la porte d'accès au moins 2 en 6 mois au niveau de accès extérieur + 1 pour accéder au parking... et il manque une option pour passer en annuel sur l'appli.
