Parking pratique mais les portes tombent en panne trop souvent

Excellent mais il y a un tuyau qui fuit au-dessus de ma voiture 🤔🤔🤔
Ce serait bien que la copropriété nettoie la partie du parking face à la porte d’entrée des voitures, il y a une couche de poussière de ciment très importante.
