Parking bien placé, à proximité de l'arrêt de tram et des commerces Parking sécurisé et éclairé, le tout au calme Seul bémol le parking n'est pas du tout indiqué depuis la rue, ce qui est perturbant lorsqu'on ne connait pas le quartier
Il faudrait améliorer l'appli pour que le portail s'ouvre du premier coup. C'est assez frustrant de se retrouver devant le portail fermé, à appuyer plusieurs fois sur le bouton d'ouverture (depuis l'appli et meme via téléphone) sans que celui-ci ne s'ouvre, et ca arrive régulièrement malheuresement.
