The only car park where you can park for a short duration in Clichy is the underground car park located at the town hall level, making it the cheapest car park in town, at €2 for the first hour.
For a long duration, the Seine Park car park on rue Pierre Bérégovoy is cheaper than the one near the town hall. However, it has only 62 spaces, so you may not be able to take out a subscription there.

Unfortunately, all on-street spaces and public car park spaces are paid in Clichy. It's therefore almost impossible to park for free. If you don't have a garage or a private space, you'll necessarily pay a parking fee.
For powered two-wheelers, parking spaces nevertheless remain free in Clichy.
Finally, on-street parking is only paid from 9am to 7pm Monday to Saturday. Outside these hours, as well as on Sundays and public holidays, you can park there for free. Note: parking remains paid in Clichy in August.
Part of an active and populated urban area, the town is one of the busiest in the Paris region. While solutions have been put in place, such as the creation of new public car parks, the town is trying to find other alternatives. But around certain places, it's very hard to find a parking space.
The town's main thoroughfare, rue Martre follows the route of the RD19. Well known to all locals, it has many restaurants and small shops. It's served by the Mairie de Clichy metro stop (line 13). As a major axis, traffic becomes complicated especially at peak times. A real anthill, it's very hard to find a space here.
Parallel to rue Martre, rue Fournier. It's near the rue Pierre Bérégovoy axis and the Quais de Clichy. The street is also a few hundred metres from the Impressionnistes park and the town hall. The street is therefore busy and the number of spaces is quite low, especially as residents take advantage of the fact that it's in a green zone to occupy the spaces.
Between the Gennevilliers bridge and boulevard du Général Leclerc, the Allées de l'Europe are two small parallel streets. On site, 120 sheds are made available to locals to grow flowers and vegetables. The streets are short, very narrow and one-way.
Straddling the 17th district of Paris and the Batignolles district, the Clichy-Batignolles park covers 6.5 hectares. A popular and dynamic area, markets and green spaces are held there. Near the Porte de Clichy stop as well as the Parisian Brochant stop, the place is very busy. The Batignolles park is on the edge of Paris and a few metres from the Brochant stop.
A favourite relaxation spot for Clichy residents, the Impressionnistes park covers 5 hectares. It faces the Levallois cemetery as well as the Quais de Seine and gives access to the Clichy-Levallois station. Strategically located, the Impressionnistes park and rue Gustave Eiffel, which runs through it, aren't the most suitable places to leave your vehicle.
A busy area, the Clichy city centre is hard to access. Here, rue Palloy and the town hall are in the orange zone, so it's only possible to stay there for a maximum of 2h30. They are also near the Mairie de Clichy stops and rue Martre, one of the town's main thoroughfares.
As you can see, some zones, streets and neighbourhoods are saturated and complicated to access. Not ideal when you want to leave your vehicle for a long duration, especially during a working day. For professionals and locals working in the Paris region, the parking rental solution is therefore an attractive alternative, at lower cost.
