How do you park in Palaiseau? What is the parking offer? What parking rental solutions are available? Yespark offers you quality car parks across France and in Palaiseau to park your car with complete peace of mind! Here we give you the smart tips to park clever while limiting costs. Palaiseau is a large town less than 20 km from Paris in the Essonne department. An Île-de-France town, RER B stops twice in Palaiseau's territory: Palaiseau station and Palaiseau-Villebon station. Surrounded by Massy, Villebon-sur-Yvette, Orsay, Vauhallan, Igny, Saclay and Champlan, Palaiseau is south of Paris. A stone's throw from the large Massy Palaiseau station (RER and TGV), Palaiseau also hosts the famous higher scientific school, the École Polytechnique. As notable monuments, Palaiseau can count on the Saint-Martin church, the Batterie de la Pointe, the Rigoles de Palaiseau or the remains of a Gallic village. Boulevard Joseph Bara and boulevard Viala are one of the town's most important axes. Boulevard Lozère and Palaiseau serve the south and west of the commune.

Discover parking rental in Palaiseau with Yespark

The parking rental is the solution for all city-dwellers who do not own a private garage or box and who want to avoid parking their car on paid on-street spaces. Yespark is an online parking space rental platform, leader on the European market. Present in France, Italy and the Netherlands, Yespark finds for you unused parking spaces in private residences and offers them to you for rent.

At Yespark, the subscription is monthly and with no commitment. The subscription request and registration only take a few minutes. The committed monthly payment, on the other hand, is due in full.

How? Our automated system installed on the car park gate is remotely controlled by the app. Your mobile therefore becomes a digital remote control. You can then access your rented space without a badge or code. If the system is not yet installed, you will receive a badge at your home. In the first case, you have 2 free trial days; in the second case, Yespark offers you 4 free trial days before your subscription begins!

Find a parking space in Palaiseau

With incredible demographic dynamics (+ 25% in 10 years), the supply of parking spaces is not always up to scratch. Palaiseau has several paid public car parks:

the Hôtel de Ville car park,
the Édouard Branly car park.
the Poste car park,
the Georges Sand car park,
the route de Saclay car park,
the Vauhallan car park.

In Palaiseau, on-street parking is either limited or paid. In the blue zone, parking is limited and controlled by a European parking disc.

Other zones are, however, time-limited and paid, from Tuesday to Saturday, from 9am to 12pm and from 2pm to 7pm. Parking is free on Monday, Sunday and during the month of August. Motorists can pay for their parking at a pay station or on a dedicated smartphone app, such as PayByPhone. If the motorist does not pay or exceeds the time indicated, they risk an FPS or Post-Parking Fee. This fine, set freely by the municipality, amounts to £20 reduced and £70 increased in Palaiseau.

How to avoid all these constraints? By renting your parking space, of course! There are only advantages to parking rental!
