Located in the north-west of the commune, the Avenue du Nord neighbourhood is also particularly difficult to reach. It includes several fairly important transit points, such as the Saint-Christophe RER station. The neighbourhood is also close to the A15 and N14, two major transport routes.
Place du Thyrse – Rue de la Parabole – Étangs de Cergy
Place du Thyrse, rue de la Parabole and the whole neighbourhood are in the south of Cergy. A relatively busy area particularly when fine weather arrives. Nearby are a large park and the Cergy-Pontoise golf course. A place where it is easy to get back to nature and which is always popular.

On-street parking in Cergy
Beyond the public car parks in town, you will find a few parking spaces on-street.
They correspond to a free blue zone for 1h30 maximum. This regulation applies Monday to Saturday from 9am to 7pm.
