Where to find cheap parking in Versailles?
In Versailles, car parks are generally pricey. You can find many parking zones all over the town with a few dozen on-street spaces, at on-street parking rates. However, these are not suited to long-stay parking (8h30 maximum).
Otherwise, the INDIGO Saint-Cloud, Marché Notre-Dame car parks as well as the Citepark (Europe and Sceaux) car parks are the cheapest in town.
Where to park for free in Versailles?
Most parking spaces are paid in Versailles, either in paid parking zones or in multistorey car parks. Nonetheless, you can park free for 1h in the Sceaux car park.
In some shopping areas of the town, you'll also find "15-minute free terminals", which let you park free in certain spots for 15 minutes. Watch out, once this time is up, you'll be in a nuisance parking situation and risk a €35 fine and your vehicle being removed to the pound.
