Good to know: since 3 March 2025, hourly rates have been harmonised at €1.60/hour in the three public car parks and on the street. The rates at the town-centre car park shown above (€0.60 per hour) still apply and therefore remain very advantageous compared with this new reference rate.

Although the situation is less tense than in larger towns, parking can prove complex in certain areas of Chaville.
Around the stations
As in many towns in Île-de-France, the areas around the stations are very popular. The area around Chaville-Rive Droite station and Chaville-Rive Gauche station attracts the vehicles of public transport users, making parking spaces scarce at peak times.
The town centre and the market square
The area around place du Marché and avenue Roger Salengro is very busy due to its shops and services. Finding a space can be difficult, particularly in the morning and late afternoon. The town-centre car park is an excellent alternative to access this area directly.

On-street parking in Chaville
Since 3 March 2025, on-street parking in Chaville has been governed by new harmonised rules. It is paid from Monday to Saturday, 9 am to 1 pm and 2 pm to 7.30 pm. The town is split into two zones:
- Red Zone: mainly covers the hyper-centre. The maximum parking duration is limited to 2h30.
- Orange Zone: covers residential and peripheral areas. The maximum parking duration is limited to 5h30.
You can pay for your parking at pay-and-display machines or via mobile apps. In the event of non-payment, you risk a Post-Parking Charge (FPS) of €35.
