Despite everything, Gennevilliers remains a town in which several monuments have been listed in the general inventory of French cultural heritage. The Sainte-Marie-Madeleine church, located on place Jean Grandel, is notably part of it. Among the other listed monuments are the SPA Grammont animal shelter and the Parc des Chanteraines.
It's possible for residents to obtain a sticker allowing them to park all day in a green zone. To do so, simply make the request to the authorities, providing several documents proving that you do indeed live in the commune (housing tax, property tax, utility bill) as well as the vehicle's documents.

The Village district can sometimes be quite difficult to access, particularly during peak hours. A busy thoroughfare, it's also a place where the tram runs frequently. Further south is the specialised Roger Prévot hospital centre at 29 rue Jean Jaurès, as well as the great rue Pierre Timbaud.
Not far from the Gabriel Péri metro stop is the Cité-Jardins district. A district that faces the Seine quays. A busy place of life in which many homes have been created, making parking sometimes complicated!
Generally speaking, parking near a station is relatively difficult. In Gennevilliers, these stations are mainly located in the blue zone, favouring only very short-stay parking (20 minutes).
The Vaillant-Couturier district is located near the Les Grésillons metro stop. Here again, the surroundings seem difficult to access since many professionals and residents may decide to park to get to the capital to work or study. Nearby is the town hall as well as some busy places, such as the Pierre Boudou nursery school.
