Saint-Cloud, a commune in the Hauts-de-Seine department in the Île-de-France region, is a sought-after residential town located on the western heights of Paris, offering a leafy setting and remarkable heritage. Close to La Défense and the Bois de Boulogne, it is served by RER C, Transilien L and tram line T2. To make parking easier, the town has multi-storey car parks and regulated zones, with rates and subscriptions tailored to different user profiles. Yespark breaks it down for you.

Here are our tips to park smartly without breaking the bank in Saint-Cloud.
For residents, the subscription is very advantageous
If you are a Clodoaldien (resident of Saint-Cloud), you can benefit from a resident subscription after obtaining a parking permit (valid for 2 years). The rates are particularly attractive.
Use mobile apps for the most accurate payment
For on-street parking, mobile apps are available. They allow you to pay in real time, extend remotely and never pay for unused minutes. The visitor rate code for PayByPhone is 63301.
Take advantage of the 15 free minutes and free periods
All visitors can benefit from 15 minutes of free parking : in the red zone, this is possible once per half-day (morning or afternoon); in the green zone, it's once per day. Remember to take a ticket from the pay-and-display machine to activate this free period.
In addition, on-street parking is free in the following cases:
In the green zone, long-stay parking is more advantageous
For a stay of several hours, go for the green zone. With a maximum duration of 7 hours, it's ideal for long visits, whereas the red zone is limited to 2h30 and charges a higher hourly rate to discourage long stays.
The 15 free minutes in the red and green zones
The main free scheme for visitors remains the free quarter of an hour, to be activated at the pay-and-display machine. It lets you run a quick errand or make a drop-off at no cost.
Fully free periods
On-street parking becomes fully free :
Delivery spaces in the evening
Spaces marked by a broken yellow line are open to all from 8 pm to 7 am as well as on Sundays and public holidays. It's a good way to park free of charge in the evening.
The town's strong appeal creates constant pressure on parking in several areas.
Around the town hall, shops and the Colline car park, the red zone (parking limited to 2h30) is in high demand, especially on Saturday mornings. Spaces here are expensive and hard to find.
With the influx of passengers, the area around Saint-Cloud station is busy during the week. The Colline car park, located 9 minutes' walk from the station, is a convenient alternative but can quickly fill up at peak times.
This transport hub (T2 tram, numerous buses) attracts many commuters looking to park nearby before taking public transport.
The Val d'Or neighbourhood and that of Mont Valérien, where offices and shops are concentrated, experience heavy pressure during the day, especially at lunchtime.
Every year at the end of August, the Rock en Seine festival is held at the Domaine National de Saint-Cloud. During this period, parking near the estate is almost impossible.
Faced with demand, particularly near the town centre, the station and business areas, finding a parking space available by the month can prove tricky. Yespark makes your life easier by connecting you directly to private car parks belonging to private individuals or professionals in Saint-Cloud and its surroundings.
Whether you're looking for a solution near the station, your workplace or in a residential neighbourhood, Yespark gives you access to parking spaces without any commitment.
Registration is quick and with no commitment : within a few minutes, your space is waiting for you. You also benefit from many perks:
